The hotel rooms were comfortable, the dinner was delicious with big portions, the bar was well-decorated and there were free tea and apples in the wellness area. They had a nice indoor pool, outdoor whirlpool, and a well-equipped playing room for children. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and the hotel was situated near an amusement park and a lake swimming place, which were perfect for family time.
Could not be improved in any way.

Great Food and Beautiful Scenery the resort had a great selection of food and drinks, catering to various dietary needs. the outdoor pool and hot tub were in a beautiful location, surrounded by picturesque scenery of mountains and the lake. We enjoyed taking walks by the lake and found the staff to be helpful in pointing us to nearby attractions.
Customer Service Needs Improvement Unfortunately, the customer service of the hotel left a lot to be desired. the staff seemed unmotivated and didn't greet us with warmth.

Spent a wonderful Christmas here with my family. Loved the cozy atmosphere, great food, and friendly staff who made us feel at home. The heated indoor pool and sauna were amazing, and we really enjoyed the beautiful snow-covered mountains that surrounded the hotel. The location was perfect for skiing, just a short distance away from the slopes.
While the breakfast options were good, the dining area was a bit crowded during peak hours, and we had trouble finding a table on a couple of occasions. , the gym was a bit small, and some of the equipment was outdated.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely resort. the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of options. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub, as well as the playground for kids across the street. the dinner was delicious as well, with big portions and freshly made salads.
Some of the staff seemed unmotivated and inattentive.
